Once your order is placed, you'll be guided through a series of questions to help us understand the vision for your memorial artwork. You'll also have the opportunity to upload a reference photo or image and provide any additional details or inspiration you'd like incorporated into the design.

After we receive your completed details and any required images, we'll begin creating your personalized memorial artwork. You can expect to receive your first proof within 1–2 weeks. You'll have the opportunity to review the proof and request up to two rounds of changes before the design is finalized.

Turnaround time will depend in part on how quickly feedback and any requested changes are communicated back to us throughout the design process.

Once approved, your artwork will be finalized and your completed digital file will be delivered to you.
