Step 1 — Turn the Memorial Riser Over
Carefully place the Memorial Riser upside down on a clean, soft surface so the bottom access panel is visible.
Step 2 — Remove the Bottom Panel
Using a Phillips screwdriver, carefully remove the four screws securing the bottom access panel. Lift the panel away and keep the screws in a safe place.
Step 3 — Prepare the Cremated Remains
Place the cremated remains securely into the provided bag and ensure the bag is completely closed before placing it inside the Memorial Riser.
Step 4 — Place the Remains Inside
Carefully place the securely closed bag containing the cremated remains inside the chamber of the Memorial Riser. Make sure the bag sits completely within the chamber and does not interfere with the access panel.
Step 5 — Replace and Secure the Bottom Panel
Replace the bottom access panel and reinstall all four screws. Tighten them evenly until the panel is securely in place. Do not overtighten.
Once your order is placed, your Memorial Riser™ will be prepared specifically for your order. Please allow approximately 10 business days for production of standard products.
Once production is complete, your order will be carefully prepared for shipment.
Once your Memorial Riser™ has been produced, it will ship within 1 business day.
