Unpacking Your Urn
Follow these important instructions to properly unpack your urn, load the urn with cremated remains, and ready it for display.
STEP 1
Pry up all metal tabs on the top lid with a screwdriver. Lift the lid straight up and set it aside.
STEP 2
Remove the brochure and sculpture urn bag from the inside pocket.
STEP 3
Remove the sculptured urn and all packing material, as well. Set aside.
STEP 4
Fill the empty shipping box with the discarded packing material and arrange it to securely receive the urn upside down, then carefully lower the upside-down urn into it.
STEP 5
Fill the empty shipping box with the discarded packing material and arrange it to securely receive the urn upside down, then carefully lower the upside-down urn into it.
STEP 6
Slowly pour the cremated remains from the bag into the sculptured urn.
STEP 7
Insert the empty cremated remains bag into the sculpture urn bag and seal the zip lock. Insert the entire zip lock bag into the sculptured urn hole.
STEP 8
Use the included Allen Key and replace the urn cap by tightening securely. You are now ready to gently lift the urn from the shipping box and place it on a secure surface for display.
